Reporo AM not responsive?

So I decided to test Reporo. Got an account in one demography, however, the AM seems to be so busy and not responsive to my questions at all. I'm tired of waiting for my first campaign to set up and run, which has been days. Is this normal?

My experience with reporo:
They have been spamming me with emails without any requests (or contact form filled in). Don't know where they're located but this is not legal where I live.

Personally, I will avoid them because I don't support companies that spam like crazy.

I had the same issue, my AM wasn't very responsive. In my case, I asked to have a particular range of IP's blocked, but each day the same IP accounted for a TON of clicks.

Good to know. I guess I will wait to see if he's gonna answer my question about tracking parameters or not, if not, I will consider other networks instead. I know they are a managed network, but this type of management is driving me nuts.

To be fully transparent, I only did a $500 I/O to test. Had I spent more, I'm sure it may have worked out better.

My AM asked for $1000 deposit to start. What drives me nuts is that it takes forever for them to set up a campaign. They don't update me with anything. Always have to ask them. And the AM does not even answer me on Skype.

My experience is the same thing, AM wouldn't give me any time of day, always told me to email him, and wouldn't even respond the emails. I felt like they didn't want my business, so i took my business somewhere else, where I am now spending over 20k a month with. Their Loss.

heh the funniest part is that i got the same spammy message from them but I actually replied with a couple of questions. Guess what, they never replied back. Their marketing department must be totally stupid. gl
