First mobile follow long

I am new to this bussines, i tried few mobile offers before, with no positiv ROI, but I learned a lot. So i want to share my app instal story.

Offer: international app install, two networks
Traffic Source Blind RON network
Tracking: Voluum
Country: Brazil

Goal: come to zero ROI, and learn as much as possible

I am running campaign 3 days with alert script. I tried 10 diferent text for alert script with 3 angles and one LP. Here are resultes of better network offer.

1. It depends on how many creatives you are testing per placement. You have a ton of landers, do you also use banners? If so then you'll have a lot of placement + banner + lander combos.

2. This depends on the traffic source, I suggest that you contact them. On Decisive (or other RTB platforms) it happens that the placement dissapears because they might not have redundent inventory to sell anymore. However, if you have the same issue with multiple placements then its probably something else.

3. It depends. With -80% ROI on a RON test you can still make it work but its not the best starting point. Ideally you would already need to find a clear improvement point in the data you've collected. So if your conversions are clustered around a certain placement, banner or lander then you can focus on that and make it proftable. If you conversions are spread out evenly over these items than it's a bit hopeless. Check if your top spend placement does really well with one particular angle.

4. I'm assuming you have an INT offer (I already guessing which one ) . If your creatives are easily adjusted to different GEOs then I suggest to try a couple more and see which one works best.
