Adorika - Stay AWAY

Hi guys,
Just a quick heads up about a company called Adorika. They used to provide traffic from RightMedia now its Appnexus and they claim to have their own publishers.
Anyway.. their traffic is rubbish, however that's not a big deal cuz you pay CPA/CPI as with most exchanges. What is the worst is their client service. Total trash.
Your AM wont answer to skype or emails. Setting any new campaign will take weeks, and then you'll just get mass volume of clicks with zero conversions just overloading your server and tracker.
Chasing them for a refund is exactly that - CHASING. Once the sales manager closes you and you send the wire, you can pretty much GFY.

Horrible - stay away.

Yep. Have the same experience.

Lost $5000. In the last days I was getting a bunch of sales, got really happy but than eventually
the credits ran out... they were spending $600/day and making $100/day. The last days they
made more because they've spent more.

Not only that.... but they also stopped reporting their daily stats to me. So I had no clue with
the stats.

In the first few days... they just told me "Our campaing manager is sick". So for 2 weeks I didn't
hear much from them.

I'm guessing is a good experience. Learning how to do stuff. Bad thing is that most media buying
companies don't let you check what is happening in each site, they normally just give you an
overall look. It definetely made me a bit more worried about letting other people ran with your
money, without telling you much.

I wish I searched this forum before starting a buy with them. I've been going back and forth with them for awhile now, took forever to get a campaign set up and now that I have it running, the results are pretty poor. Making about 1% back in rev from what I spend. My rep hardly responds and really isn't much of a help at all. They don't send any spend reports so I have to guess.

I'm running a download campaign which performs great elsewhere but they are blaming my landing page for being too aggressive and that's why it's not converting well... bull shit.

Stay away from these guys.

I've been trying to get a refund from them for months now and they've forwarded me to 5+ different people now, new reps, finance, sales, their CTO etc. They either reply and say they will refund (and don't) or they just don't reply at all and I have to continue to follow up. So far not making any progress.
