Conversion lost on Decisive??

Hey guys,

Something strange is happening and I was wondering if this happen to other people as well or is it just something wrong with my setup.
I have a campaign running on Decisive and for some reason it doesn't show me all of my conversion. When I check in Voluum suddenly I see that I have double the conversion than I thought. On Voluum is shows them under Eror tab like this:





This is a 50% loss and I am in the beginning of the campaign and in the optimising stage.

Is it something I did with my setup or a normal part of the game? And if so, there is a way to minimise it??

That link is for your Voluum panel so we can't see anything from it.

You may want to explain this better as I'm a bit confused.

How many conversions do you actually have?

How many appear in Voluum?

How many appear in Decisive?

How many corresponding errors do you have, and what do they say?

Alright let me clear it up:

I have 2 campaigns running.

Voluum shows:

Camp A: 15 CVR
Camp B: 8 CVR

Erros: 5


Decisive shows:

Camp A: 14 CVR
Camp B: 4 CVR

Voluum is ok. The problem is with Decisive.
Other people are reporting the same problem on my Skype so I don't think it is my tracking, probably a global error with Decisive.
But.... maybe I am wrong?

Ignore what I said about a link haha, my bad - got confused.

Sounds like a global error -- and I assume in the errors tab in Voluum it tells you that the postback failed for some reason?

You could manually upload subids again but I don't believe this re-fires postback URLs, since this could double up on conversions in some case.

Maybe Voluum does attempt another postback though if the first attempt had an error?

You should talk to their support about this.
