Wanted to know if anyone had any feedback on this network? How strict are they compared to Adwords? Can you get away with direct linking for testing purposes? etc

They are like pulse360, which is closed right now. But yea its good but FTC is on that pretty strictly since its mostly news sites so be careful.

Yeah i noticed in their TOS they specifically state that "news" sites are prohibited.
Has anyone direct linked using them?
