Best network to work with on fitness traffic in DACH?

I'm currently doing Analytics consulting for youfit.de, but I also know that they would like to scale their affiliate traffic. The product is a premium subscription service for a virtual diet/training coach. Very good content, highly trusted brand. Only available in German, though, so valid for DE, AT, CH.

Please feel free to point out the networks that they should work with to generate valid signups (real users, not incentivized). I assume they would pay out on the signup for the free trial (14 days).

I'd be happy to compile a list of networks/contact persons and put them in touch with you.
