As most of you know: TrafficJunky does its best to have one of the best client support out there.
We answer questions on Forums, we show our telephone and a list of emails / skype IDs on our contact page... but what happens if we don't answer?
Now, there is yet another way to contact us:
On all pages of your TJ account (on the right) and on the contact us page, we added a Live Chat button.
This button will show whenever we have agents available for chat, all you have to do is click on the button and someone will take care of you!

The biggest problem I have with TJ is their approval wait time.
If you approve ADs faster, people are spending faster etc. , so this should be good for business right?

We are aware of this and are indeed working hard to find the best solution here.
We have a few options that we are currently investigating.
