I always have this small dilemma when I'm launching new campaigns - 302 or Meta Refresh .
I choose 302 because I want the fastest redirect so it won't hurt my CR but from the other side the aff network can see my refer and maybe rip my campaigns ?
which one of those are you using?
302, especially if you are running compliant.
Meta refresh makes no sense unless you are specifically trying to cloak referrers, and there is little point in doing this if you a) are running compliant and b) trust your network.
If you aren't running volume, the latter isn't really very important either.
