Anyone Actually Ban from LI before? (11)

I'm wondering if anyone actually gets ban by doing bait and switch from LI before.
It's a very common tactic, and I believe many people are still doing it. The question is, anyone actually gets banned?
Yes saw a few people on another forum getting banned for it last month. They deleted the campaigns first time round, second time ban hammer...

Same for me, got banned 3-4 years ago.
If you really want to keep using them use a new name and cc and sign up again.
What does happen with the funds in the account when you get banned?

They keep the funds so I usually chargeback. Fuck LI
So you are able to get back funds from a banned account? Or do you instantly chargeback when you open a new one?

No you cant get funds, but if you pay with Amex you can easily go online and dispute the charge .. but only Do this IF they ban your account and refuse to refund you on the money in your account.
I've been refused each time, luckily it wasn't too much and I had been using VCC's without option of chargeback.
Just try hard not to get caught haha!
