Ive been trying to come up with ideas for landing pages to promote games on ppv. I talked with my AM at ewa and he says to direct link instead, since it usually converts better? But i want to rotate different pages also. Does anyone have any good games lander templates they can share with me?
95% of the time games work best direct linked...i never run a lp to a game...esp on fb...its best to spend your money testing targeting angles as opposed to lps....
Seconded on direct linking. I ran a lot of evony online, I tried many LPs to beat direct linking but I could never make it happen.
Simple landers for games on PPV is the way to go it seems. What ive been doing is just a headline image and a call to action. Similar to how a facebook ad is done for the game.

Sometimes you can get direct linking (in regards to the gaming niche) to profit on PPV, but I've found I can almost ALWAYS improve the ROI by introducing a landing page. I've tested both but I would say 95% of the time Landing pages wins when it comes to games (and probably ppv in general).
