Anyone having success with email submits on facebook ads? Is it worth creating campaign for such a low payout especially when the network EPC is usually around .10 cents? I don't see a lot of success stories of email submits with facebook ads so was just wondering if email submits are worth while or not..

They work everywhere......you just need to watch the scrub......
Btw network epc is about as useful as a 3rd testical.....
eg.....a 10 epc direct linking a submit on PPV is awesome so you have no idea wiTh a network epc what that traffic is...
Does facebook approve email submits? Or do you need to bait and switch?
The reason you dont see a lot of facebook email submits success stories is cause they were allowed about 2 years ago and have now been banned. They are some that get through you will mostly need to bait and switch tho.
