Exoclick Rejection: Banners are Not Upload Correctly (3)
I have had about 6-7 ads in rotation with no issues for 300 x 100 banners ads on Exoclick, then I added 2-3 new ones to the rotation and now I keep getting an rejection from Exo saying that Banners are not uploaded correctly. I contact their support and They are telling me " that the banners are appearing as broken images/links. We would appreciate if you could remove the banners and re-upload them again. However, before doing so,please make sure that you have clear your cookies and cache. This can sometimes cause some issues when editing/creating a campaign"
I have done this but still the same rejection comes back. Does anyone know a resolution to this?
Try changing the name of the banners you upload, this helped me in the past.
the size of banner should be less than 50 kb. Thats the message i got fro Exo support
