I dont think these things are relevant.. at all. The variations are too small except for 3-4 things mentioned.

I would suggest you reorganize it.. so its by order of impact factor.

For instance long / short words first.. backround 2nd. .and so on.. Also for background it seems a bit too repetative ? Should be organized backgroud eg so that 08 and 15 is together since its both background ?

Also dont mean to be a bitch, but these banners are not production quality.. I think it would be better to use production quality banners.. even if used as showcase in infographic.
I understand you are trying to make a point so you used demo ones to explain things clearly, but it would look much better if production banners were used.

Epic! This could come in handy when I run out of variables to try.

Yes, I agree.

While I like the idea, the initial result you have created is what we tend to call (pejoratively) a "laundry list".

In order for this to be much more effective you should identify the top 5 or 10 most impactful factors that you have seen and then present them in descending order. Then this become much more prescriptive and actionable instead of descriptive and academic.

Mathematically speaking, there is an infinite numbers of factors that can be tested on any creative or any campaign.

That is not the problem you are trying to solve. The problem you are trying to solve is that testing budgets are finite.

So the question you need to answer is not what are all the possible variations that can be tested, but what should you test if your testing budget is only $500, what should you test if your testing budget is $1000, what should you test if your testing budget is $5000, etc.

Thanks guys, i appreciate all the great feedback.

I liked the suggestion to show real life examples so having designer redo that, and will post it up after for further analysis and feedback

Great idea.

#1 should be "testing a completely different banner".

These sorts of micro-optimisations come in once you've done the macro-testing.

They do, but this infographic was created to provide everyone with what to micro test after they found their winner.
