How does everyone on here stay motivated after hitting multiple losing campaigns?

You don't... You take a few days off and then your brains have came up with something sweet to work on and you master it anyway 
One of the easiest ways to get motivated is to read success stories on this forum and try to adapt the mindset of these BAMFs. There is always a reason why they are able to achieve their goals while others fail.
Try to stay focused on the systems and methods youre using to test and optimize and stay objective with results

Just focus on the grind. If the results are getting you down try not to think about them.
Make your to do list - specific for each day by steps. Mark them checked as you do them.
Just focus on completing the steps.
When all done for the day disconnect and don't think about work - you did your part.
You finished the workday. The rest does not depend on you and you can do nothing about it.
Try to assign a specific amount of hours per day for work - for example 8 sounds good.
When you complete your 8 hours shift you're done.. no more work for the day (unless you hit a winner , then its time to stock up on caffeine .
We've all been where you are (except for the guys who are not in the game long enough). Its different when you have some fat in terms of saved money or alternative campaigns and you can risk more and be less mm moved by a string of failed campaigns, but everyone has a lot of failed campaigns.
If you are new, I would suggest that after each failed campaign you go rereading the whatever guide you used to get here. Are you following it to the letter or are you being smart about it and doing things your own way ? Usually from what I observed is that new people tend to follow only the things that sound convenient to them and blatantly ignore all the rest. Do not understand me wrong, its correct to do things differently it is the road to megaprofit as opposed to normal profit, however this should be done when you completely understand the system and are making money and know how to objectively process the information.
Example if the guide says:
- pick CPA under 3 USD , did you pick it ?
- join 3 networks and test 3 offers on same campaign, did you do it , or were you lazy and just did one ?
There is a reason for each of the things written in the guide (whatever it is) and if you don't follow it to the letter you might be ignoring some thing you do not understand fully yet and are locking yourself out of profit unknowingly.
