Landing Page Questions.

Hey All,

Once the page is designed how do I set it up on my VPS? Does anyone have a good guide for this? Ive found tons of information on designing the LP but nothing on getting it working on your VPS.

Thanks for any help with this!

I use beyond hosting. Beyond usually send an email out with the cpanel pw and username. You can use that to access you cpanel and upload your page to your server. If the page is too complicated and too many files, i usually use filezilla to upload to server. Dont know if that helps. but the admin and moderators here ( especially bbrock and mr green) are awesome in helping us noobs.

You should be using, and 100% comfortable with, an FTP client like FileZilla.

Learn how to make FTP accounts on your VPS through cPanel or through the console if you are unmanaged, and then upload through your trusty FTP client.

Make sure to make directories for different things - don't be the idiot with 1000 icons on his desktop and no idea which is what lander, and 50 files called index(X).html

Your hosting company will help! Use them.

I'm extremely non-technical and i can tell you that if you have a landing page made you've got the hard part down!
