Working with Facebook's team on campaigns

Has anyone ever worked with Facebook directly? Is there any benefit to doing so?

I'm not doing anything shady. My campaigns are just newsletter subscribe camps. Would Facebook's team do anything that I can't do myself, or are do they just help people who aren't savvy enough to use the advertising platform?

They help newbies one on one, they provide general know how.
No insights on how to test creatives, and evaluate winners/losers, etc nothing affiliate.
Just how to set it up, basically what you can find on youtube tutorials and in their written guides.

This is basically it.

The advice reps give you in most cases usually boils down to 'spend more money'.

Though, they're really useful for FB side issues, like if you're getting your ads denied for improper reasons over and over, which can be mfing maddening.

You won't get anything you can't do yourself, provided you have an agency account, and have been whitelisted for several features.

Good if you want to be in 'good standing' from the beginning but not really necessary.

Chances are, as we can all imagine, the FB rep you speak to know 1% of what you know about marketing.
