I lost my LI account, last time it was as easy as signing up again, i even used the same creditcard without any issue.
However, this was over a year ago, is it still this easy?
Haven't heard about anyone having problems with creation of LI accounts. As long as you make deposit you should be good to go. Tho I would allow some more guys to share their experience.

LI is simple on the go, I have never had any issues with them, creation of accounts for many advertisers were simple, sometimes it may charge your credit card twice for verification. The major difference maybe the cost of signup as minimum deposit is $1000 from the usual $200 you might have signed up with. Or better still, you can call their support at MST or PST.
