A question about dealing with affiliate managers...
I've got a FB ads strategy that's working pretty well and getting me inexpensive clicks. My affiliate manager is getting the advertiser to give my a .25 epc guarantee for a test run.
However, they want to see my creative to have it approved by the advertiser. Isn't that just setting me up to have my campaign copied... or is that standard procedure?
Generally that's the rule for offers that require a high level of compliance.
I have done it many times with established advertisers and never had any issues.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Standard procedure. They're just making sure you're not doing anything against the rules that could hurt them.
Very standard.
If you have issues of trust with your AM. Just ask to talk with the owner of the network and share it with them. Let them work through it. Our pubs do that a lot with me. They know I have a lot better things to do then rip their campaign :P
Yeah I noticed a lot of campaigns want to approve the creatives before. It's just so you don't misrepresent the offer in the wrong wY
