I am in the third stage of cutting the fat off a campaign. I have a question regarding what to opt for when buying impressions. From the data I collected I noticed that the highest converting placements had CTR around .43%. After cutting placements i noticed the volume was choking. Now I need to bump up the bids to get more traffic. What do you guys recommend CPM or CPC?

My main vertical of focus is app installs. Should I primarily focus using CPC or CPM for these types of campaigns?

Cpc determine your highest ctr banners then go to cpm using those to get cheaper clicks
