302 is the fastest right? How much impact? Giving up your data and having higher CR or cloaking your data and having lower CR..?
Depends where you run.
On web double meta refresh won't make any big change if your server is fast.
On mobile the impact will be bigger. Depends on your situation if passing referrers is a problem for you.
I have quite some mobile campaigns where I use double meta and sacrifice a bit of traffic.
