Today I did setup a new campaign just like all others but this time I get an error in CPV Lab saying: No campaign ID (screen: http://cl.ly/image/3G362R1q1A0F)
Also when i tried to submit the new banner ads on TJ they declined because of this error (screen: http://cl.ly/image/3m2d1q3O031L)
I've searched like crazy but can't find the solution. Does anyone has had this error before and does know how to resolve this problem?

I just figured out what I did wrong. Instead of the &keyword={keyword} I used ?keyword={keyword}.
