Your CTA link should be http://subdomain.domain.com/click

^You purchase a domain and point it to Voluum's server...they have tutorials on how to do this. Also, for it to work, they must have clicked your campaign link (www.domain.com/38b216...................)

I can't read your postback, but give it to your AM and he will make sure it's correct, then he can put it in the backend since it's global.

This is how my traffic source is setup for Decisive:

Also, my offer URL is a bit different, but I think s2 is the important one and it looks like you have it correct. Mine is setup like this:

http://f5mtrack.com/?a=XXXXXXXXX&s1={campaign.id}&s2={clickid}

Edit: Also, my Decisive conversions do not appear instantly, usually takes several minutes.

Thanks for your response. I do have a domain. But do i have to create a subdomain inorder to point to Voluum. Also What you mean by setting it up to point to voluum. Some of the tutorial i read on the forum says the cta link is like xxxx.Voluum.com/click. Sorry im a total noob.

Go in Voluum > Setup > Domains

It has a brief explanation there, but you can see more here: http://feedback.Voluum.com/knowledge...n-in-namecheap

Basically, you purchase a domain, create a subdomain, and set the "CNAME" server of that subdomain to what Voluum says, then make sure that subdomain URL is placed in the "Main Domain" section in Voluum under Settings > Domains

Thanks again. How do you "set the "CNAME" server of that subdomain to what Voluum says". I use beyond hosting, so is it in the cpanel or my computer? Voluum told me to set the cname to : dquau.trackvoluum.com. The link that you provided shows i need to goto "all host records". No idea how to get to that screen. Sorry I'm such a noob. Thanks

Honestly, I'd just call beyond hosting and either have them walk you through it or have them do it. It's not too difficult, but each domain registar is going to have specific steps.

You don't really need a domain for masking Voluum though, just use abcde.trackvoluum.com (i.e. your specific account link).

At the moment your campaign link has www.something.com and this indicates you put something in the external domain setup, though I imagine you do not have the DNS settings configured for this to work.

I would thus remove this from the external domains list and have them blank, otherwise get BH support to help you CNAME the domain to abcde.trackvoluum.com.
