Is Media Traffic PPV Platform Any Good?

I was thinking about setting up some campaigns on Media Traffic. I wanted to know if their traffic is any good is the quality decent?

I know people have made them work but I'm quite sure they are regarded as generally low quality, at least compared to LI and TV.

When doing ppv, go with LI, TV and 50onred. They have the quality and volumes, rest isn't really worth ur time.
