My gut feeling says no, but the best way is to test it
If you discover it's really good, you've just added a few extra competitors now.

I mail new sources and ask them where they have the most traffic, what the average CPM is and if they know what kind of offers work best.

(Disclaimer: I'm also new in the world of paid traffic, but making progress.)

I used them many years ago as an advertiser. Didn't get the results I was hoping for but I do think it's worth a try.
