Hello Guys,
I am looking for older people, with older pc's. browsing from their homes.
Does anyone have any targetting tips, what kind of sites / keywords can i target to get my pop in front of those people?

I'd start by looking at compete or similarweb

and build a list based on referring sites, in the past I've targeted that demo via health sites, insurance providers etc
Are there any tools to find out where a specific demographic hangs out? Earlier you could use google ad planner for that, but its disconinued and display planner doesnt seem to have the option 
You can try Alexa and Quantcast, but I never really trust their demographic data.
Honestly, I tend to do it the old-fashioned way - get to know the demo and look for their links 
As an alternative approach, you could leverage the mass of data Facebook has on user characteristics.
Open up audience insights and target your gender/age group in whatever country.
Then take note of the pages/interests/etc. they appear to have a high affinity for, and certain sites may pop to mind!
What you can do is use Display spy tools to get full list of publishers advertiser is promoting offer on.
