CPM=CPC how to do that?!

i heard that some guys can do that while promoting mobile offers.

Uhhh, unless I'm missing something all you need is a 0.1% CTR on your CPM bidding to make your CPM = CPC? Not a hard thing to do.

it depends on source banner zone and how attractive is your banner
sometimes CPC could be cheaper that CPM

NO, i mean if cpm price is 1$, then you will get 1000 clicks on your landing page.

Uhh yeah not sure what you are on about here.

CPM is just a payment model. It has nothing to do with whether or not you get clicks to a landing page, or mobile/desktop specifically.

If the traffic sources sends people directly to a lander e.g. like Pops, ZeroPark and domain traffic, then of course if you are paying CPM then $1 CPM may get you 1000 visits.
