I have been dangling with Dolphin browser now for a while and i feel like i do not have a a good process yet and i do not really know
if i am walking in the right direction or heading for the wall. I will start a follow Along in a couple of days explaining fully what i
have done so far and hopefully you guys can help direct me in the right direction.
For now can i'll just list some banners i have been using :

The best banner by far has been the Last one pulling 80% of conversions but still very far from breakeven sadly
so i am wondering if my banners are really too bad ..?
Can you give us some stats? CTR and CVR? Try to use the style of the best CTR banner with the angle of the best converting banner.
In what GEOs do you run this company? Are you using a landing page?
Try some of these angles:
- IT Experts agree: This is the fastest android browser
- Use this browser to always have 3G Speed
- Your Browser is outdated. Update now
- Your Browser disclosures private data, get a secure one now
- Conqueror HIDDEN sites with this browser
- This browser improves your site load speed by 462% instantly
- Simple app to bypass data volume limit
Wow Thanks, @durakadin,
Here are the stats for a new banner i started yesterday

Will be sending my Lander in for translation today, i used an antivirus lander i found here on the forum
(you know the scan your phone type) and adapted it to browser scan. Hopefully that increase conversions.
I normally split 1 banner into 4 campaigns:
- wifi/app
- wifi/site
- mobile/app
- mobile site
and then i wait for $2 spend per campaign , then i cut placements that are spending too much,
then cut very low placements as well and then i 'll pull off the banner completely at around $7 spend
but i am maybe spending too muh per banner given the offer payout
1/ Dolphin Browser payout is $0.25, at what point would it be advisable to start optimising ..?
2/ What next after placements should i cut ?
3/At what spend will it be reasonable to cutt off poor banner ?
How much placement optimisation have you done? Are any showing CPAs anywhere close to the payout?
That looks like a sensible approach.
You can cut very, very low CTR banners earlier, but overall it's best to wait for conversion data.
The ads look good, but they're all in a very similar style - same or similar fonts, solid colours, primary colours, only 2-3 colours used, text in the middle, icons or no image. Try varying it up a bit and see how different styles perform.
Thanks guys: Caurmen, Zeno and durakadin !
As per your Question Caurmen:
Been running a few African countries and most conversions 85% come from same app there was basically nothing to cut and the traffic was very thin such that when i cut a few bad placements
traffic disappeared all together so i have focused now on BR and there is loads of traffic but more expensive. let's see how this goes hopefully the lander will increase CR.
What i am working on:
- Banners they look similar so i need to try different styles ,fonts, colours etc!
- Introduce a lander
I would try some VERY different concepts/angles. Even though those banners all look different theyre technically the same thing just positioned different/different colors.
Try some completely new concepts and cut some of those ones above out so you don't waste too much $ testing.
I test my angles using text ads to save time. Then create banners for angles that show potential. something to consider...
Thanks, Stackman & Izzy,
I find myself struggling when it comes to thinking about different banner styles. Do you guys have like a list of banner styles that you go through..?
