I've heard it's important to split test the same exact offer on different cpa networks, because the network itself could change your EPC.
Why is this? I'm having a hard time understanding what about a network could cause EPCs to change on the same offer.
Some networks have slower loading times causing the conversion rate to go down. Some networks scrape your conversions on purpose to greedily try to make more money. Some networks have better deals with the offer owners, thus offering a better payout. All kinds of reasons!
I take it by ad network you mean CPA network?

Always worth testing the same offer on multiple networks.. ESPECIALLY if its a new network.
