Getting Started - Needed some clarity

I want to test dating offers from Peerfly.com using POF traffic. I have a decent hosting package from LiquidWeb.com, which I will be using for the testing instead of going with a VPS.

In terms of tracking, are there any SAAS based services. Is Voluum a suitable option. Are there any other suitable alternatives.

Does the domain name of the landing page matter in terms of getting approved for POF ads.

I just subscribed to a VPN as I am unable to use the SPY tools effectively. Paid $40.
