It's a gaming offer, about $4.5 payout per sign up.
The thing is the user has to DL a huge 10gb install package and sign in to the game before I get paid my commission.
I'm not familiar with gaming offers.. are the lower $3 payout offers similar to this? Does the user usually have to DL the game or just make an account for me to get paid?
PS - launching a FB campaign tonight, will make a follow along
10 GB???
I don't think many people will have the patience to go through with this!!!
It depends on the country and connection standards and your demographic.
Gamers may be more likely to have higher capacity/bandwidth cap connections.
Personally I could download a 10 GB game through Steam/Origin in under 20 minutes.
Many gamers with slower connections are used to downloading game clients, patches and updates overnight.
The bigger problem here is that the conversion point is after initial opt-in - this is a pain because you can throw money at the campaign and get no data, and have no idea if anyone has even tried to register or download - much like with app installs that pay on first open or some in-app action.
I would ask if you can get multiple tracking points or would avoid, unless the offer is proven to convert very well.
