I am new to this and am using decisive to run my mobile campaigns. I want to run an offer with an APK download but I saw that Decisive doesn't allow this? Which traffic sources allow APK downloads? Thanks guys.
They do allow them they just don't allow APK downloads that auto-download from your aff link, there has to be some bridge in between
As craigm says, you can just use a landing page with APK downloads. That's fine and perfectly compliant.

APK downloads still go strong, just make sure it's the user requesting the download and not automatic.
