Need South East Asian Traffic

So I'm doing some stuff where I need as much Thai traffic as possible. I pinged a few traffic networks that I found to see if they have any traffic for Thailand.
Does anyone out there know straight of the bat of any networks that has Thai traffic in their inventory?

Desktop or mobile?

If mobile, I think most of the DSPs have a fair volume of traffic. I recall BuzzCity being recommended as having particularly high SE Asia volume.

Desktop right now working hard to get it all 100% responsive probably 4-6 weeks away.

Facebook don't approve of my niche so looking for something that wont complain that much. I'm using to local ad networks that are working perfectly fine.

Tons of money FB though, so looking into to see if I can make it work...

Yeah, will see I have some things I will try since they approve alot of similar products but super ghetto landers that dont look like they do in the west.

Ran it on FB once and $1 of rev cost me $0.08 in traffic... So I will make other traffic source my bread and butter and any FB I can get there will be bonus money.

What kind of offers you running? I'm looking for Thai offers too but so far only found groupon, handyman insurance and one or two others.
