I signed up to Millennial Media created campaign but I had problem with the destination link this is really weird but it looks like the accept just root domains?
I asked their support and this is the answer they sent me :

this is not make sense what am I missing?
I haven't set up with mMedia yet but with other networks you just type in the root URL. At the next step when you add each creative you will be given an opportunity to input your campaign link.
Sounds about right - similar to adwords.
Put in domain.com and then customise actual destination URL later wherever it lets you do so.
