FB's been a bitch lately, disapproving every ad that I send them.
I thought maybe my ads were too creative for them to handle, so I submitted some boring ass ads.
They still disapprove it, saying "The content of your ad does not adequately reflect the product or service advertised."
How is an image of an ipad, with an ipad deal in the body copy, plus a lander explaining about how to get the deal on an ipad not relevant at all? WTF is wrong with them?
Switched a few landers and even 'borrowed' some sites landers that look more compliant and legit, and they still hating it.
Used some tips from this thread too: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...o-deal-with-it
I'm so close to giving up FB. Wasted days waiting for approvals and resubmitting them.
[/rant]
Just think there are thousands of affiliates like you that are facing the struggle of getting ads disapproved, are you going to stick with it or give up?
The choice is yours but if you give up you lose out on a whole lot of money facebook has to offer. Is your ipad deal similar to an email submit?
Nope. No email submit.
Promoting my own offer.
Just wanna rant, take a break for a while, and test a few more landers later.
Once there's one that they like, I'll cloak the real landing page.
i have the feeling that account history and the amount you have spent is very important in regards to your approval rate..my approval rate is 3/1 (approved/dissapproved) in the last months...i even get alot of sexy dating images approved. so try to build a good history and keep a good ratio beetween risky and totally compliant images.
You probably have a really bad Approval/Disapproval ratio. I would make 100+ super generic ads that you KNOW will get approved. Then try re submitting your ads.
anything related to apple lately gets disapproved for me.
Get a new account. I have accounts where it seems like every ad gets approved. Other accounts I can't even get an ad for the most legit and boring campaigns approved.
Yeah and if you plan to have multiple accounts, don't forget to have different url's or do what polarbacon said.
2 days in a row now I have submitted ads, had them denied, emailed support asking them nicely why it was denied, and had them retro-APPROVED. To be honest it's almost worth getting them disapproved at first to get an e-mail from facebook apologizing for the mistake. 2 DAYS IN A ROW!!!
ha someone got fired
When I get a bunch of ads repeatedly disapproved I make ads that say.
"Search for websites"
"Find any website on the internet by searching on google.com"

Haven't had one of those rejected yet!
They absolutely look at history. I would submit at other times and you may get approved
Been in the same boat as you ShankTank, been submitting ads
for the past 1 1/2 weeks trying to get something through. I need
new ads to get a higher CTR, but they won't let me get anything
on. If that approval/disapproval ratio trick doesn't work, I'm going
to email Facebook as well like James... this is getting irritating!
From $5k/day spending to $4k, then 3k, then $2k due to stale ads.
Great.
1. My Paypal was somehow deleted from their billing source on its own, which stopped my campaigns for a while. Any idea how did this happen?
I tried re-adding my Paypal but it won't work, had to use a credit card.
2. They're blocking me from creating ads now. Was using Spydr's tool, probably overdid the number of ad submissions today (around 650+?)
How long does the block usually last?

I'm seriously close to leaving FB right now as I'm spending more time putting up with their shit than getting campaigns running.
yes definitely a bitch. But I enjoy the game, like to see what I can get approved.
Definitely not for everyone..
Regards,
Brian
I asked fb about ad uploaders a few days ago and got this back from them. Comments?
Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to write in today. There are a few third parties that provide you with a bulk uploader for Facebook ads. You are free to use any of these tools though we do not provide any special recommendation for it. Don't hesitate to email me with any other questions.
