USA super affiliates: what's your hosting set up (for FTC protection)?

The owner of a major network was telling me about the importance of having non-USA based servers if I'm based in the US.

I'm not running USA diet/biz opp or anything under the FTC's watch, but still want another layer of protection just in case.

(I'm currently with Beyond and tired of their fuck ups, so it's time to switch hosting anyways)

I'm not sure exactly what the laws are regarding this. I think servers must be outside of USA.

Any hosting set up recommendations? Thanks

I don't have any hosting company names but I know that many people that run shady stuff use servers in the Netherlands.

If you're running traffic through US based networks or advertisers, then the FTC could always track you down if they wanted to. There will be a paper trail based on payments to your bank account. Not sure how much running on non-US servers is going to matter in that case.

Kim dotcom had a huge amount of servers in the netherlands

btw, if shit hits the fan won't they just follow the money trail?

LeaseWeb had a top-notch service in the past. They used to host a ton of the old file-lockers. Don't know nowadays though.

Multiple servers, advertising accounts, affiliate network accounts under false names ( some networks do this if you know the owner.. ) , offshore bank accounts under different names.

And yes bitcoin is your friend

Prq.Se is a solid... you pay a premium for it though.

As far as the money trail goes i think you could get networks to pay you in bitcoin, and you just convert it right away.

All seems like a lot of work...
