Passing Exoclick Site Token Using Imobitrax

Hello STMers had a question regarding passing the {src_hostname} token within imobitrax. Everytime I run traffic from exoclick and check my stats in imobitrax it shows as {src_hostname} instead of a domain name like pornwave.com.

I am set up on off-server tracking.

I've placed {src_hostname} under the c2 parameter.

Here is my offer URL:
http://myaffiliatenetwork.com/123456789/&subid1=subid2=

My landing page:
http://mylandingpage.com/index.php

This is what my campaign link looks like:
http://tracking.com/click.php?c=2&key=12345abcdefg&c2={src_hostname}

I was thinking of appending my landing page URL with ?c2={src_hostname} but wouldn't that defeat the purpose of server tracking?

Am I setting up everything correctly? What could be the problem for the information not being passed?

Thanks

For your offer URL what value are you setting for subid1?
I believe your CPA network is using cake in that case you want to use subid1 as an indicator for your cpa network. So, if you are using F5 Media it would be subid1=F5 and then add subid2= resulting in: &subid1=F5&subid2=
http://myaffiliatenetwork.com/123456...id1=F5&subid2=

P.S. - This is not a solution for the token problem.

Hey snacks sorry I should have been more specific. I am using Mundo Media which I believe does use cake.

In terms of the value to pass that's where I'm getting confused. What values would I put in for Mundo Media?

Can you post a screenshot of your imobitrax setup? It'll be more efficient.

subid1 is reserved for passing sub affiliate IDs. There is a character limit of 50. In case of Mundo Media you can just make it: &subid1=MM&subid2=

Based on https://www.exoclick.com/help/faqs/article/?art=7 your token usage is fine.

Do other tokens like {site_id} get replaced correctly?

If not I would talk to Exoclick support.

The postback I'm placing in Mundo Media is this:

Thank again!

Your offer url should always end with a "=" so it'll be &subid1=MM&subid2=
For token it might be best to check with Exoclick since everything else appears fine.

Just a side note, for some traffic sources you need to get them to turn on the token for sending publisher ids. Check with Exoclick if it's already enabled on your account. Sorry couldn't be of more help.
