I have a great idea for a product that's already out there and I feel like I could make a killing. The problem is that there aren't any CPA offers available or even many affiliate programs in this niche for whatever reason. Not sure how I could reach out to these companies to sell their products and get paid. Any ideas? Thanks.

Not a high ticket product but a very desperate niche. I guess my real question is how can I sell for a company that has no sales/affiliate tracking setup?

Is your idea for a new product? Or is it for a new way to market an existing product? Or is it to improve features for an existing product?
Get yourself a cake or hasoffers platform, you can set a pixel on the product owner's thank you page, then track every metric on your end.
