Voluum and Inmobi setup

I'm having an awful time trying to figure out how to setup tracking with inmobi and Voluum. Are there any guides about this? I can't find what to put as a postback URL and I'm also finding alot of the language on inmobi's support site very confusing. Would someone be able to help me out on skype?

I have the following setup:

Postback URL: http://ma.inmobi.com/downloads/trackerV1/imobitrax?impid={externalid}&goal=download

Hey thanks for the pic! I emailed someone at inmobi and they sent me this:

Are you using any of these other values or do you have any other custom variables setup? It's pretty confusing to me. What is the goal=download for?

In a google search I found a thread with this image:

They have "Voluum" where you have "imobitrax" and a couple other things that are different. Do you know if this matters?

That looks fine - you need to pass a unique ID from InMobi to Voluum (using $IMP_ID) which you then need to post back.

I'm not sure what their postback URL is but maybe it's tracker specific - best bet is to look at their docs or ask you rep specifically "what is your postback URL?"

Also I would add __si__cb to pass their site ids so you can optimize.

Ask your rep to enable this feature on your account.

Something must be wrong. I setup inmobi as a traffic source exactly as it is in the picture. I have my campaigns running and I'm getting clicks on Voluum, but my inmobi dashboard shows all zeros in impressions, clicks, and budget spent. It's as if the campaigns aren't running. Any ideas what I am missing here?

It will be an interface delay at inMobi (check you don't have a weird time range set!).

If it lasts more than a few hours I would contact their support.

P.S. clear browser cache then try.

Thanks for the replies. Still working on getting things straightened out. Inmobi seems to be one of the more difficult traffic sources to deal with. Anyone else notice their support is absolutely terrible? It takes at least 24 hours to get a reply from support and when you do the answer is so vague it leads to another question which then takes another 24 hours. Still trying to get the __si__cb enabled. Thanks for the help!
