Few questions for mobile campaigns

Hey guys,
I'm trying to have a success for few months on mobile but it looks impossible to make your campaign profitable , I have experience in different traffic sources but in mobile the game is so different and I have few questions I really looking for answers for them :

1.What is your ratio of profitable campaigns in mobile ? how many campaign you failed until you find successful one (avg)?
2.How much you is actually enough to spend on a new campaign to decide if to drop it or not (I know there is no fixed price but it should be 2x from the offer payout or more ?)
3.Landing page are really improve the campaigns? I think here is my problem because all the landers I using can't bring me better ROI than direct linking
4.I'm trying to find more 2 strong ad networks like decisive(they have a lot of problems with volume lately ) can you recommend me on your top 3 ?

Thank you for the help guys! I really appreciate it

Have you read through the Mobile Cookbook? That was compiled from extensive interviews with people doing massive volumes on mobiles, and answers most of your questions.

As for ad networks - http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...by-admins-mods has the answers you're looking for.

1. I throw a lot of campaigns at the wall and see what sticks. So i'd say for every 30 campaigns/angles i try only 1 works.

2. 5-10x the offer payout depending on how many angles/landing pages you have.

3. Landing pages REALLY help most of the time. Its the time you get to improve the offer by SELLING it!

4. Inmobi, Airpush are both great.
