Are you running volume?
You seem to be trying to outsource everything, find convenient platforms to make everything easier, etc. and this is simply not a smart approach if you are new.
I can't figure out your level of experience.
This may sound harsh but, I think your first priority right now - if you want to get traction in the highly English-based world of affiliate marketing (outside of China at least) - is to work on your English a tad.
I know this sounds mean, or ignorant, but if your forum posts look like Google translated Russian, you may have a very difficult time communicating with an affiliate manager, traffic source rep, etc. Business relationships are a key part of this industry after all.
