Decisive vs Voluum vs Offer OS Tracking

I'm facing a dilemma. I've been using Decisive and targeted "Android" only, after getting a few hundred clicks, I saw on Voluum that 30% of the clicks were from iOS. When I looked at the Decisive Click Explorer, it stated the traffic was 100% Android.

Is Decisive or Voluum more reliable esp. with the advertisers' tracking?

Both site and app targeting.

Drilldown to see if the out-of-geo clicks are coming from mainly app or site placement.

It could be a specific app that's doing it.

I suppose this has to be done from Voluum only since Decisive is showing 100% android. How does one accomplish this?

I was looking at the Voluum panel for custom variables and went to "Sites" and "Apps" but found that I could not activate the second and third groupings to find out which one is Android/iOS.

Ahhh yeah the lack of custom variable drilldown in Voluum bites again. Try geo > carrier and other combos to see if you can get any insights nonetheless.

If you can ask your aff network to send you a report of clicks by OS.

This way you know which one of the two is off.

Also definitely worth talking to Decisive support on this one, and asking them what's up.
