Hello,
Thanks for your patience while I was checking this further with the Policy team. They have explained that as per our policy, the call to action button size should smaller compared to company or product logo/name size. < -- ROFL COPTER!
The ads which are currently disapproved have a call to action button in the size portion that is bigger than game logo/name which does not comply with policy. Thus, you will need to make changes to the ads to prevent future disapprovals and make sure that the game logo/name size is bigger than call to action button in the ads.
Once you have made this change in the ads, the ads can be reviewed again. Do let me know if you face any further issues with the ads
I hope this clarifies. Have a great day ahead!
Kind Regards,
XXXXXX

It's really quite strange what's going on over there. It seems like a company that makes so much money from advertising, hates advertising.
They used to suspend sites and accounts without much communication. It seems now that they are more willing to work with you and communicate.
This site was suspended yesterday - http://www.my-injury-lawyer.com/ and I'm totally lost as to why.
Your example seems more like good landing page practices, to get conversions! NOT "trick to click".
"You Cannot Use a Call to Action"? How are you supposed to make money from your ads? So weird.
Let us know when you get approved, or more feedback. Good luck!
Oh that has been going on forever! Outrageously stupid policies.. The worst thing is - some disapprovals happen automatically using their image-scanning robots that decide that you have too much text - OR "too much white space"!! Yes, it's another reason for disapproval.
So. From now on, my company name and my logo is "CLICK TO CONTINUE"! damnit
LOL.. nailed it...
