Help: I can't see my mobile offer

Hi guys,

I am very new to this forum... and I look forward to your guidance.

Just a quick question, i am setting up a mobile gaming campaign from Neverblue.

The link is a direct to google play or apple store page. (I know this because when I click on the "preview", everything is working fine)

When i get my own aff link onto the URL bar... all I get is an empty page.

I switch my VPN to US server and use the set the default browser to android (as its an android install), again.. I get blank screen.

Am I doing anything wrong ? How do I know if my link is working ? Just wanna get it right before I put up my campaign for a test...

Are you going to that link on an android device, or just on Chrome on a regular PC or Mac?

The chances are what you're seeing is a Google Play redirection link. If you're not on a phone, it won't launch the Google Play store.

Hmm... so if you are on another country... how do we test if the link is working ? I dun suppose "presume" or "assume" is a good way to go haha.

Actually, I am using "default user agent" to view the page in "android" in that specific country proxy, but it doesn't load as well. So, just wondering how can I test if we are not using the other geos mobile network with our phone.
