2014 Traffc sources for Gambling/Casino offers?

I used to get good results with Facebook advertising & Gambling offers.
Now it's getting harder to run Gambling ads in Fb.

I tried to run mobile traffic for online casinos but conversion is much lower for mobile traffic and most of the casinos are not very well optimized for mobile sign ups.

Do you have any tips for traffic sources that work well with European online casinos?

Or any tips how to run casino ads in Facebook with good results?

I'd like to share ideas/mastermind with people who do Gambling affiliate marketing.
So PM my if you want to share some ideas.

I am also interested in this.

I am a bit short on where to get traffic for PPC. Adwords and Facebook are out unless cloaking is involved but I would rather not go against TOS.

I haven't tried PPV.
