How to get the most out of your first show/meetup?
With ASE approaching, what do you vets recommend for the first time attendees? I cant vouch for many others but I know that myself and a few people will be first time attendees with only some experience in the industry with little, to no contacts - other then forum members.
Share a few tips for helping us rookies make the most our time...or at least when we're not too busy collecting pens

Funny story I was just telling a network manager yesterday ............. My first conference was in NYC last year. I had no clue about 99.9 percent of the technical aspect. I was not even sure if I was a pup or an advert when I had to make my name tag. I was however clearing 1k + a day in profit so I was making money. I was doing all CPA on Facebook. My buddy who I bought into the affiliate world at the same time was with me for the conference. The two networks we were using at the time had the letters CPA in them (this will be relevant later in the story) So as we are walking around people are stopping us and asking us questions, none of which we know the answers too. We were trying to answer as best as we could but you could tell the people asking were getting agitated at our complete lack of knowledge about our own business and politely getting out of the conversation. I wanted to say "I have zero clue what your talking about but I swear I make money" We walked around a bit more and my buddy turned to me and said "this might be a really dumb question but what does CPA stand for" I looked at him and told him I had no fawwwwkin clue and that we should get the hell out of there and get some drinks at a bar. Thats exactly what we did.
