Not sure if this is the right board for this or not. But I wanted to know what kind of entity you Aussie marketers created when you first started up? Did you just grab a sole-prop ABN with your name attached to it or did you go through the process of setting up a company through ASIC? Their website is a nightmare, and I'm just looking for the easiest and quickest way to get started so I have payment details and EIN forms all squared away with affiliate networks in the U.S. My goal is ultimately to incorporate overseas and live in Asia, but I need something set up now. Any help would be much appreciated. Please don't tell me to talk to a lawyer. I don't want to waste funds with someone who has a vested interest in making me set up more than I need, which is why I'm looking for advice from affiliate marketers in Oz. Thanks.
I didn't set anything up when I got started. IMO worry about that stuff when you have money coming in.
