Found 2 tools to simplify working with ad networks, need help

Need help!

Found these are the tools for easy loading of creatives in the advertising networks:

In functionality has not yet figured out what they are. Who have used these tools as impressions?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here? (maybe also provide the questions in your native language).

Are you asking about mobile ad servers?

These are for serving ads on sites you own and won't help so much with advertising networks.
