In the mobile arbitration too much routine work, advise tools to simplify work, namely:
- - Creating Landing, a couple of designers
- - Create banners. Photoshop is too heavy, can eat what is easier for the generator (static and dynamic banners)?
- - The loader to advertising networks (something like: mopub.com or madserve.org), is there any other similar tools?
- - The mobile device emulator that there was an opportunity to go from PC to mobile sites, under the guise of a mobile device (which is country-specific)
- - Exchange of copywriting that would not have to interact with each freelancer separately

Honestly, Photoshop is best for banner creation. Anything lighter-weight is also likely to be less flexible and limit you in creating banners.
Mobile device emulators: start with Google Chrome Developer Mode and a solid VPN like Hide My Ass or Overplay.
