20% Text..... Ripping hair out (5)
Hey guys,
Any of you getting an issue where your image is way under 20% but still being pulled for 20%? Mine are 10% well within the lines and getting pulled every time. Now if I challenge the decision they will apologise and turn back on the ad but it is a right pain as they take 24+ hrs.
Id the 20% rule an automated process where a bot detects it or is it manual? If it's auto then i'm assuming the bot is thinking something is text when its not.

If a text lays in two different height-squares it counts as 2.0 height units, not 1.x

Trust me I use it haha. I'm well within and like I said they apologise when I query why which leads me to think it's automated?
Yeah getting quite a bit of it as well - random retro's and only of certain ads nestled in others that have the same level of text. They also blanket ban the image - disapproves across all campaigns.
I found out what my issue was which was stupid!
I had a dashed border!! Bot picking it up as text. They need to sort things out the muppets.
Zeno - Yeah same here, i'm getting alot of retro but i'll get 2 out od the 3 retro and the last ad (same image) will go on forever, the most complicated platform for working out why things are happening I swear! I've pulled my hair out for 3 years i think haha
