Hey bros, can I get someone who's an existing advertiser be my referral to get my account setup?

They need someone to vouch for me!

Have you tried with CPA networks? In general with referral there is a problem cuz TV will hold responsible advertiser for your campaigns.

You don't need one just call them up and talk to them.

Yes

I have found TV very easy to work with on opening a new account. You will have to talk to a rep in sales over the phone and she/he will ask you a few questions. No way around the 1k initial deposit.
